Brown Homes is proud to honor our Hometown Heroes- first responders, teachers, military men and women, and police officers- with a $1,000 discount for their new home. It’s our way of saying thank you for your service to our community.
Choose from hundreds of options to upgrade your home or save on financial expenses:
- Reduce move-in costs and take advantage of buyer assistance programs
- Purchase flooring, cabinets, countertops, and other upgrades to your new home
- Personalize your home with available options like garage extensions, extra rooms, or vaulted ceilings
- Save on financing expenses like closing costs
Eligibility: This program is available for anyone who:
- Is currently serving on our armed forces or is a veteran
- First responders such as firemen and paramedics
- Teachers and para-educators of our Arizona school districts, community or state collages plus charter or private schools.
- Local, county, or state law enforcement
Program Details: An extra $1,000 towards the purchase of their home. This can be used for:
- Decorator options like flooring, countertops, or cabinet upgrades.
- Appliances
- Construction options like upgraded front elevations, garage extensions or extra bedrooms.
- Reduce some financial aspects of the home purchase like closing costs.
- Additionally, our preferred lender is also offering an extra $500 in closing cost assistance to qualified buyers.
- Can be combined with many other programs offered such as our Summer Sales Event promotion.
- Available at all our communities including Pinal County where we have two communities in Casa Grande and very soon, one in Coolidge.
Valid on a primary residence new home purchase at any Brown Homes Community. Eligible recipient to receive a refrigerator (choice of WRS325FDAB/W or WRS325SDHW/B) or washer and dryer (WTW4816FW & WED4815EW).
